FinalBuilder version 3.0 is currently in Beta.
The beta is curretly open to existing FB2 customers. And, the big news is that if you buy FinalBuilder 2 now, you'll automatically get FB3 when it ships (new purchases only, doesn't include upgrades from 1.x).
FB3 is going to be quite a big release. A huge amount of work has gone into the core, the IDE, new and updated plugins, and also a brand new plugin architecture which supports ActiveScript, COM, and native .Net plugins.
