What is included with my purchase?
Your initial purchase includes a 12 month support and update (minor and major versions) subscription. The license is Perpetual (non expiring). After 12 months you can continue
to use the latest version of Automise that was available when your subscription expired, or you can renew your subscription for another 12 months and continue getting updates and support.
The renewal cost is just 20% of the initial purchase. By renewing, you help fund the future development and enhancement of the product. We send out email reminders when your subscription
is due for renewal.
When you make a purchase, the license is generated and placed in your account in our web store. We will email you when the license is available. In some cases the order may be flagged for
manual processing, which may take up to 24 hrs (depending on timezones etc). Use of anonymous emails addresses such as hotmail, gmail etc are the most common cause.
Does my license key expire?
No, licenses never expire (except for eval licenses), but they will only be valid for builds released before your subscription expires.
What is an installation?
An installation is a copy of Automise installed on a physical or virtual machine.
What is an instance?
An instance is a running copy of Automise on a physical or virtual machine.
Are there any volume discounts?
Yes: 10% discount for 2 - 5 Automise Licenses
15% discount for 6+ Automise Licenses
These discounts only apply to new licenses, not upgrades, cross-grades or subscription renewals.
Can I use a corporate purchase order?
Yes, contact our sales staff and they will provide you with a formal quote.
Can I buy through a reseller?
Yes, we have a number of established resellers in many countries, if your releseller is not listed just get them to contact us.
What if I'm not happy with the product?
If for any reason you are unhappy with Automise, we will unconditionally refund you 100% of the purchase price within 60 days of the purchase date.
I have an older version of Automise, how do I upgrade?
Login to our website using the credentials you used when you made your last purchase (this is important, if you can't remember your credentials contact email@example.com), then go to :

What if I want to ugrade to a Site License, will I get credit for existing licenses?
Yes, provided you have a current subscription for the existing licenses, they will be credited towards the site license purchase. You will need to contact our sales staff.
How do I renew my subscription?
We send out renewal reminders before your subscription expires with details on how to renew. You can go to : Subscriptions
to renew, however this option is only available if you renew within 30 days of the expiration. After that you will need to contact our sales staff.
I forgot to renew, do I need to purchase again?
No, depending on how long ago your subscription expired, you can either just catch up on your subscription or puchase an upgrade. Contact our sales staff for a price.
