FinalBuilder 4 now allows the owner of the project to set an Edit Password.  This password is required for the project to be viewed in design mode and before any changes can be made to the project.  When you open a project that has an edit password, it will open on the Build Summary screen - clicking the Design tab will prompt for the password.  The project can be run without the Password.
