we have a configuration for which the CommentHTML variable, provided by the e-mail templates, does not convert line breaks. The one thing different to other configurations used by other projects is, that there is no issue connector assigned. Those other configurations work as expected. Any ideas?
There is a shortcut in the code which misses out on the newline to break replacement if there is no associated issue connector. This has now been fixed for the next version. Thanks for reporting.
