Wrong help pages for some NuGet actions

Hi,

When clicking help in the following NuGet actions then the NuGet Pack’ action appears:
* ‘NuGet Clear Cache’.
* ‘NuGet Restore’.
* ‘NuGet Update’.

Furthermore, none of the Nuget dialogs looks like the help images.
