There seems to be a problem when I try to write 2 lines at the end of a text file. for example I’m trying to write the following lines
cm_port=5530
cm_num_threads=2
I put them in the action (append to the end of file), close FinalBuilder and restart it.
now when i click the action properties I see the following:
cm_port=5530cm_num_threads=2
and this is the way it will be put in the file.
For now I’ll workaround it by splitting it to 2 write file actions but I think it’s something that needs to be checked out.
BTW, i tried to download build 228 but the eval setup in the download section still downlaods build 199…
I’m not able to reproduce this with build 228, and I just downloaded it from the website and it is definately build 228.
This is REALLY weird, I’m downloading the eval version and it’s 199 in the splash AND the software itself after the installation.
I just downloaded it from home and it is the correct version (ie. 228). Make sure you don’t have some kind of proxy that’s giving you an old file, or try downloading from a different location.
(does anyone else get the old 199 download too?)

Here’s the direct link to build 228:
https://www.finalbuilder.com/downloads/finalbuilder/410/FB410_228.exe
Thanks for the direct link Tate.
I checked, I don’t have proxies configured, I also deleted any temp files locally but it still happens (with both Firefox and IE) and the download is pretty fast which makes me think it’s a proxy at the net provider… I dunno
Anyway back to the original bug… it still happnes in build 228
I use Win XP SP2
NirS,
Try this build:
https://www.finalbuilder.com/downloads/finalbuilder/410/FB410_234.exe
it worked fine for me, if it still doesn’t work with build 234 then please send us a sample project with text file so we can reproduce the problem here.
thanks,

This build is GOOD! Bug fixed… Thanks Tate.
Can you list the full changelist for this build to make sure it doesn’t affect other features I use?
(And btw, FB was approved for purchase by my company! Yeey )
