For last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact someone from FinalBuilder team (sent mails to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com).
Haven’t received any replies. Not as much as an acknowledgement that my emails were received.
Do we get any support or we move on?
I just checked and we replied on the 13th, and again on the 17th and the 24th. Our replies did not bounce so my guess is they are being blocked by your mail server’s anti-spam measures, or they are just in your spam folder. Not much we can do about that.
We also regularly check (I did this after your second email and again yesterday) that our mail server is not on any black lists etc.
My apologies, somehow your mails were stuck in a spam folder on our server (never got downloaded to my local inbox) which is why I didn’t see them.
It is surprising that it happened because we are still using FinalBuidler and any mails from your domain should never have gone to spam.
I’ll have the filters examined.
