VS Addin not showing up

I'm trying to use the FinalBuilder TFS Build integration but the option is not showing up.   I've tried uninstall/reinstall and I've verified the Addin is loaded in VS Addin Manager.    Is there any other trouble shooting I could do?

I'm running FinalBuilder 6.2.0.1074

Hi Chad,

Could you see whether running “devenv.exe /resetaddin FinalBuilder.TeamBuild” from the Visual Visual directory fixes this issue? If not could you let me know which language your machine is currently set to use? Also, which version of Visual Studio and TFS are you using?
