"Variable insight" not always working for local variables

Using FB 7.0.0.515

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an Action Group with a local variable "MyLocalVar"

2. Add another Action Group as a child to the first

3. Add an "If..then" action as a child to the second action group

4. In "If..then" action Term1 Left-hand value enter %MyLocalVar%

You now get "No variables match"..
