V6.2.0.1265 versus v6.2.0.1393

I received an incorrect result from a project after installing the v6.2.0.1393 build of FinalBuilder. I found it quite confusing as to why the result of the project wasn’t what I was expecting, so I reverted back to v6.2.0.1265 of FinalBuilder and ran the same project and it completed with the result I was expecting.

I believe the issue can be narrowed down to the action: Define Fileset

I’m using the filter in that action to select any files that have been modified after a certain date. There were several files that should have been included in the fileset, but none were.

I’ll attach the project I’m running.

My work is not being impeded by this issue, as I was successfully able to revert back to an older version of FinalBuilder, but I still thought I should notify you.

In addition, please let me know if this issue is known and has been resolved already in a later version of your software.

Let me know if you’d like me to send more information.

Thanks,

Cameron

Hi Cameron

We have not been able to reproduce the problem you are seeing here at all, with 2 of us attempting to independently. I have checked our version control system for changes which might explain this but so fare have not found any relevant changes. If you are able to narrow this down to a test project which reproduces the problem that would be very helpful.

You’re right. I was just rerunning the release.fbz6 project under the v6.2.0.1393 build of finalBuilder to provide you guys with some better information, but it worked fine… I must have done something else to give me a result i wasn’t expecting.

Sorry to waste your time.
