Upgraded and Can't build

Hello,

We upgraded to version 7.0.0.1442 and our builds will no longer run.  We get the following message:

Invalid license key : This License Key is only valid for Builds dated : 7/15/2011 or earlier.
To use this build you must renew your Subscription.]

What do we need to do to get this working again?

Download and install your license key again, I just checked and your subscription was renewed recently.

I got the new key, and I’m still getting the same message.

Can you open the license file in notepad and check the subscription date is correct. If it is, then FinalBuilder must still be using the old license key in either “C:\ProgramData\VSoft\FinalBuilder7” on vista, 2008 or windows 7 or under (from memory) “c:\Documents & Settings\All Users\VSoft\FinalBuilder 7” on XP/2003,

or under

C:\Users\Anne\AppData\Roaming\FinalBuilder7 or “c:\Documents & Settings[UserName]\VSoft\FinalBuilder 7”. Remove any license keys you find there and then install the new key again.

If the subscription date is wrong then contact support at finalbuilder dot com with the serial number so we regenerate the key (it is supposed to be regenerated when the renewal is processed, but perhaps that failed).
