Unable to see license keys after merge with other account

You helped us to merge our accounts, and I think we did what was needed to allow me to see the license keys…but when I went looking for the license keys so I could install Automise 5.5, I could not figure out how to get them. Please help. I figure I have done something wrong, but I don’t know what.

I think I probably missed a step when describing what you needed to do before.

Assuming you have already linked the accounts (by sending the account link request from your account to operations) - operations need go into their account, on the My Store/Download License keys page - there should be an icon next to each license to allow linking licenses

When they click on “Link License Key” it will show the linked account(s) and allow them to share the license with you
