In help, i see see "Change Folder Permission" but can't find it my actions.

That’s a mistake in the help config, the help topic belongs to Automise not Finalbuilder. I thought we had fixed this issue in the help file a few weeks back, but it looks like we missed some more topics.

The action is not available in FinalBuilder.

any suggestion for how to do this in finalbuilder?

Hi Peter,

You will need to use the execute program action and the CACLS.EXE command line too (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490872.aspx).
