I have added the addin for the teambuilder but still i don't see the option New FinalBuilder Definition in the Team Explorer. I am lost don't know if i am missing something. Any help or thougths is appreciated.

Thanks for posting, sorry to see you're having problems.
I'm assuming that you're using VS 2008 to connect to a TFS 2008 server? The "New Build Definition with FinalBuilder..." option is only available when connecting to a 2008 server. You can still use the "Edit FinalBuilder Projects" option to add FinalBuilder projects to a 2005 server.
The Addin only works in Visual Studio 2008 on the client side (not Visual Studio 2005.)
If this all checks out, can you please go to Tools -> Addin Manager in Visual Studio, and look for the entry "FinalBuilder Team Build Addin"? It should be present, and the leftmost two checkboxes should be checked (the only unchecked box should be in the rightmost "Command Line" column.)
Finally, are you using the most recent (6.0.0.648) release of FinalBuilder?
