Switch and Case Action issue

Hi,

When the Switch action has no value or gets no value set due to %Value% variable is empty the action Status is set to Error and the project is STOPPED. No exception is raised in order to handle this in a Catch.

Added sample Project.

Hi Alfred

I have changed the error behavior so that exceptions are raised. I also added a new property to the Switch action to Allow Blank Values.
