Start / Stop / Restart Website (IIS 7) not working as expected

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Start / Stop /Restart Website (IIS 7) Action to stop and then start a website in IIS 7 as part of a deploy, and it is not working as expected.  In the Credentials section, I have selected Provide the credentials to the IIS server.  Under the Username box, it says Leave blank to use the credentials of the logged in user, but when I leave it blank, I get the following error:

 Could not Stop website. Access denied 

If I put in the credentials of the exact same user that is currently logged in and run the action, it works.  Is this not working correctly, or is my understanding of how it is supposed to work wrong?

The action wasn’t working correctly, I’ve checked in a fix and will let you know when a new build is available.
