My “Export log” action is still running after 8 minutes. It’s pretty big (6694 actions), but that still seems a bit slow. Is this a known issue?Steve
No, not a known issue. is it taking longer that it has in the past? how bit in total is the html or xml file produced?

I’m actually not sure that that step has been executed many times in the past. I have a couple of big exported files (.htm) around half a meg, biggest was 800kb. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again.

Hmm, now it’s the “saving log to archive” step which is taking forever. I think my computer (and me) needs a nice long weekend reboot to think about it.

Ok… figured out the problem (we were filtering a recordset instead of using a range on an indexed table…). On my simple test, the performance has gone from around 17 seconds to export the log, to about 2 seconds.
