Set File Atrribute fails if filename is quoted

The "Set File Attribute" action fails if the filename is quoted. Unfortunately "File Iterator" gives quoted strings, so I need to add a "String Quoting" action to strip those.

 

To test, just place a Set Attrib action, enter a valid filename, test it. Now quote the filename, and watch it not work.

I’ll still update the action so it accepts quoted pathnames.
