"Select agent in reverse order of priority" checkbox cleared

I have been doing some changes lately to couple of our configurations, where I only edited actions, I did not edit stages in any way.
And after those changes the checkbox “Select agent in reverse order of priority” got cleared in some of the edited configurations.
This happened to me before and I think I already reported it.

Yes, you did report this previously:

I edited two configurations where first stage selects agent base on priority with reverse order. [obraz] In both of them I deleted the second stage, leaving first untouched. This deselected the reverse order checkbox on first stage. I suspect there is some stage rewrite on editing and maybe this value is not copied ?

We’ve re-tested a number of different editing and saving sequences today, but so far we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue or find anything in the code that would explain it.

Would you be able to provide a specific sequence of steps that reliably reproduces the problem - perhaps using a test configuration?

Hard part is that it happens from time to time, I did not yet see a pattern.
I usually find out when I do some edits, save and after some time build starts and uses slowest agent and we all think the build got stuck
