"Run from here" runs disabled actions

I'm not certain this is a bug, but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.

1. Disable some action

2. Select it

3. Press "Run from current action"

The disabled action runs. Which strikes me as weird, and in some cases very bad - for example if you've disabled a "delete files" step, then just choose that location as a convenient starting place.
