After entering registration key to registry, program stops working.
It hangs upon start and windows notifies user immediately (does not show anything). After removing the key from
Wow6432Node\Vsoft\FinalBuilder\Key
program works again as evaluation.
I think this is an issue with Vista in general and the copy protection with FinalBuilder. Vincent posted the following in the Delphi 2007 thread in general:
The crash with the key is due to DEP issues with the protection software, we are waiting on the vendor to sort it out (and he’s been unresponsive so we are also looking at alternatives). To work around it, add an exemption for FinalBuilder5.exe and FBCMD.exe - I’ll finish reading the rest of your post now!
