RAD2007 Project Class not registered

I'm getting a class not registered error when trying to work with a RAD2007 Delphi 2007 Win32 App when clicking Load Project Settings.

This is causing the compile to fail as well.

Error loading settings from project : Class not registered, ClassID: {88D969C1-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}

Ver: 5.5.0.340

After searching the GUID it looks like its part of MSXML4 so I downloaded the latest MSXML4 installed it and it now has resolved.
