on windows 2008 64 bit the env variable PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE is set to AMD64. i am running on a xeon server, not itanium. in finalbuilder i go to tools > variables > envrionment tab and it has PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE as x86 and the w6432 as AMD64. is this a bug in finalbuilder? i am using FB6.1.0.891

No this is not a bug, it is a compatibility feature of Windows when running a 32-bit application (FinalBuilder is 32-bit) on a 64-bit version of Windows.
