Problem with Wait For Remote Computer Timeout

 I think I may have found a problem with the Wait For Remote Computer Action.  On the Wait Options, I have checked Enable timeout and set the On timeout property to Fail Action.  I have this action inside of a try/catch block.  When the timeout occurs, I see the text (Failing.) in the Build Log, but it does not make it to the Catch Action.  It is behaving as though the action executed successfully.  Is this action not working, or is it my interpretation of how the action should work that is incorrect?

The action seems to be working correctly here, I've attached the test project I was using if you'd like to compare it to your project.
