PostgreSQL won't start

Windows Event log:

The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.


If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

postgres cannot access the server configuration file "C:/ProgramData/VSoft/ContinuaCI/PostgreSQLDB/postgresql.conf": No such file or directory


And indeed after digging down the file is not there.  So what gives?

Is this on a new install, or an existing install where the machine just restarted? What build of Continua do you have (or did have).  Are there any other files there? If you had a build installed before build 1.0.0.842 then you will need to start with a fresh install.

It was on a new install. I uninstalled then reinstalled twice more and then it just started working.
