Perforce generic command help too eager

When using the Perforce Generic Action, the field where the command name is filled in tries to update the help information after every keypress.

It should only load the help when the button is pushed or else silence the errors that occur when a command is not found.  Another option would be to offer completion options.

Fixed, the help is only loaded when the user clicks on the button now :
