No help for 'Trigger files iterator'

 In Misc there is an action called 'Trigger Files Iterator' but click help does nothing, the Quick help shows nothing and searching in the help brings up nothing.

So I conclude there is no help for this item.

 

Please provide the help in this thread until it is packaged up
