G’Day,
Env: FB 6.2.0.1393, XP SP 3
I ran my script fbProgressReport.fbz6 without issue and closed FB. Shut down machine and then went to run the same script. I received the following error:
Unable to load project:
…\fbProgressReport.fbz6
Error: Unable to read log file: Unable to open table
fbProgressReport
NexusDB: :
CustomDescsDescriptor class is not supported: TnxCustomDe
[$rC8B/15499]
Deleting the fbProgressReport.fbl6 file and then double clicking the fbProgressReport.fbz6 and all is well again. And no I don’t have the log file anymore, I deleted it by mistake
Hi
This is probably an issue with the database engine, however figuring out what the exactly cause is difficult without the file to inspect!
If you see and exception dialog appear then it should have an email button on it. Having said that, the exception dialog should only be showing for unhandled exceptions.
I’ll move this topic to Finalbuilder
Hi Vincent,
The dialog in this case was a standard Warning dialog. I will attempt to be less clumsy should I see this again :-). Non withstanding how about extending the warning dialog so that user can recover from the dialog? ie 2. above?
I’ll put it on the (very long) todo list.
Ah yes I have one of those long ones as well.
