Newbie: Subversion can't create tunnel

Newbie question here: I'm trying to get FinalBuilder to export from Subversion on my shared web host. I've installed SlikSVN (Windows) and have configured it as my SVN client for FinalBuilder.

Whenever I try to run the script, it fails on the Subversion Export action with the following error:

svn: can't create tunnel: system cannot find the specified file

Is there something else I need to setup to make this work?

Well, that was premature.

If I run the SVN command from the command line, it works now, no tunnel issues. But when I run it from FinalBuilder, it's still returns the "can't create tunnel" error. What am I missing?

Restarted FinalBuilder and my computer, works now. Go figure.
