MKS Source Integrity problem

Hi I am using MKS Source integrity ver 7.5b…I am trying to perform a checkout and I get the following error:
C:\windows\system32\co archives does not exist
Can anyone let me know what might be the problem…
Thanks
J

Hi Suny,

Make sure that path to the si.exe utility has been correctly specified in the FinalBuilder options (Tools -> Options -> Version Control Systems -> MKS Source -> MKS Source Client Path).

Regards,
Paul.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your suggestion! I have given the correct path in the Tools option as you had mentioned. One thing which I had to do was change the name of the MKS application file from “mkssi32.exe” to “si.exe” . Anyways I am still getting the error. This is what I did:
In tools options: MKS source client path: C:\mks\mkssi\si.exe
Sandbox path: C:\Folder1\sub folder1\Sandbox
In the MKS checkout action under checkout options I gave the path to the member in the sandbox…
I am getting the following errors:
c:\folder1\sub folder1\ archives\ co archive does not exist
c:\folder1\sub folder1\ archives–batch archive does not exist
c:\folder1\sub folder1\ archives\ onLock archive does not exist
and a few others…

Hi Suny,

I’m not sure why you’re seeing the behaviour that you’re seeing, could you please send in your FinalBuilder project file into support [at] finalbuilder.com so we can have a look and try to figure out what’s going on?

Also, could you let us know which version of MKS you’re using?

Regards,
Paul.

HI Paul,

I am not able to mail you the final builder project file since I do not have permission to do so. I will try to create a dummy project and mail it to you asap.
Also as I mentioned earlier, I am using MKS Source integrity ver 7.5b. I have emailed a word doc with the steps I followed and the errors that i obtained. The email was sent from suny777@gmail.com with the subject as ATTN: Paul Samways. I hope that might clarify the issue.
