I have 2 build machines with somewhat similar scripts running unattended builds. One project has all of the build history and logs and the other has nothing. I looked at the Tools->Options->Final Builder->Logging options and the two projects are set identically. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The key setting should be the "Log History Count" on each machine (under the options page you mention), but also the command line settings for the unattended builds. If the command line has /S or /TL in it, then you will not see the builds in the log history.
