Mail reports using angle brackets

Hi,

when using angle brackets in a (git) commit-message, they get filtered for the mail notification. Continuas [Changes] view supports them correctly.

Example: ‘my <message>’ turns into 'my ’

You can escape HTML in the template using the escape filter e.g. {{change.Comment | escape }}
