InstallAware Problem Migrating from FB6 to FB7

I have been using FB ever since version 1 (with the WTC splash screen) and eventually make my way to each new version.

Today I decided to seriously test FB7, and the conversion mostly went fine except for projects that have InstallAware actios, where I get the following message:

WARNING Action class : "TFBInstallAwareAction" is not loaded and is referenced by this project, if you save this project the missing actions will be deleted from the project
 (To correct the issue, go to Tools -> Package Manager and ensure the relevant action package (.bpl) file is loaded and enabled.)

I went to the Package Manager and indeed the InstallAware action was disabled, so I enabled it, closed and restarted FB7 but still got the message. Tried to enable all packages, still no luck.

I am running the trial version 7.0.0.1497 with InstallAware 10 Studio Edition on Windows XP Pro SP3.

Can you send your project to support at finalbuilder dot com so we can take a look at what is happening? As far as I am aware there have been little or no changes to the InstallAware action in FB7.
