I've got to say that the upgrades to the agent installation process and the administration components around remote agents is a fantastic improvement. Well done! The user experience in that area is spot on. Keep up the good work with your code testing and enhancements.

Thanks for your the feedback, it’s much appreciated. The team is hard at work, currently focusing on security, stability and performance. Of course if we find any usability issues during that testing then we try to resolve the issue there an then. The work is paying off, we have had some major wins in the area of performance (most page requests are around 60% with build 1457+), and we found things that just didn’t work as designed with security… we’re still finding weird and wonderful ways to break things… and then working out how to deal with them. Getting there, slowly but surely!
