"IDE Source Control" option only allows VSS option

In FinalBuilder 7 options, IDE Source Control, the field "Default IDE Source Control Provider" only has one item in it: Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.

We don't use or install VSS. We have TFS 2008 installed, but it's not in the options. For legacy, we even have Borland Starteam installed, but it's not in there. They're both enabled as version control systems in FB, but they don't appear in the dropdown.

In fact, I can't even choose =nothing=. There's only this one option and it's forcing my hand.

Can this tool not interface with TFS for IDE source control actions?

Also, on that same options dialog, there's an option under "Files to Put in Source Control". This is FB 7.0.0.1036, but the description next to "Project File" says (.fbp6, .fbz6). Needs an update.

I believe there is a separate install for the TFS SCCAPI support. What version control systems you have enabled makes on impact on what shows up under the source control integration, that is controlled by the SCCAPI and what providers are registered with it. I’ll fix the label on the options dialog, it doesn’t affect how things work. You can select “nothing” but unchecking the first checkbox on the page.

I didn’t explain that .fbp6 thing very well - but yes, I meant it was just dialog text, not functional.

I’ll see what I can do about this SCCAPI support. It would be great to integrate the source control for our build scripts.
