Noticed some small usability things:

Home > Administration > Notifications - Add Subscriptions

1. Press Add Subscription

2. Press Save

3. Notifications Types Publisher is highlighted with "This field is required"

4. Select Email for notification type

5. Press Save 

Nothing Happens.

It appears that 

Name, Group, Source are also all required and need the same behavior as Notification Types publisher.

Edit: validation has been added to each required field.
