on one screenshot I can see that you have a FogBugz integration in Continua.
But in my local test installation I can't find out how to get it working and where to add workitem manager
Any hint?

The feature you are lookin for are Issue Connectors : http://wiki.finalbuilder.com/display/continua/Creating+Issue+Connectors
Admin menu, CI Server Settings, Issue Connectors (under Continuous Integration). Once you have the connector defined there, you can hook them up to your repositories.
