Thanks very much for pointing this out! We'll have a fix for the Surround password bug out very shortly.
The extra INI file action output is part of a general effort in FB 6 to improve the quality of action output, to make it easier to follow the progress of a running project and debug any problems. You can selectively suppress output from an action by using a new feature called Output Monitors.
To add an output monitor:
1) Double-click the action you want to monitor.
2) Navigate to the Runtime tab.
3) Click the small button under the "Monitor Action Output" heading. A dialog will pop up.
4) Click the "Add New Output Monitor" button.
5) Enter a search string, in this case something like "_PWD"
6) Choose "Suppress any matching log messages" from the action dropdown.
... no output which contains the string _PWD will be sent to the log. See the "Output Monitors" topic in the Help for more details.
You can use a similar technique as a temporary workaround for the Surround password issue. You could use a string like "Parameters: " to match the line to suppress. However, I'll let you know when an update with a permanent fix for this issue is released.

Sorry about the long delay in responding...
I downloaded and tested FB600_719.exe the week the link was provided and the problem was resolved. I also installed the official release containing the fix. And, the problem was resolved in it. Thanks so much for your help guys!!!
