Final Builder Professional Edition license cost is $499. Is this license price for a year or is it just a one time pay and use for any number of years. If its a one year license fee, what is the pricing amount of the next subsequent years.

FinalBuilder licenses do not expire.
Software assurance (which is optional) costs and additional 20% of the license, and this lasts for 1 year, with the renewal cost being the same 20% of the full license cost. Software assurance provides you with any new major versions if they are released while you have a current sa subscription. Contrast that to upgrade costs which are typically 40-50%.
