it seems that the Cruise Control doesn't support the new version.

I just did a clean install of FB 6 beta and CruiseControl 1.3, and it seems to work fine. We designed the FinalBuilder CC.Net task to be forwards-compatible wherever possible.
Have you experienced any problems? If you have an "FBVersion" tag in your task, you will need to change it to 6 (or, better yet, omit it entirely and have the task infer the version from the file extension.)
