Two things I noticed in the final version of FB7:
1) When I close all projects, 3 handles to files of the last active project stay open: one to the ".fb7lck" file and two handles to the ".fbl7" file, but only if I had two projects open at once.
2) A minor one: When you double click an action list in a not active project, it comes to view, but it won't get selected in the tree (also, when the welcome page is visible, the action list doesn't come to view).

I’m using a handy tool called ProcessExplorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
There’s a function under “Find -> Find Handle or Dll …” which you can use!
ok, I know and use the tool… just didn’t know about the find handle feature… thanks, will investigate.

I’m not sure if I’m doing something differently here but I’m not seeing the problem, as soon as the projects are closed (using File/CloseAll) the handles are closed. Can you provide the exact steps?

I finally could create a reproducable test case, here are the steps:
1) Open the attached project
2) Double click on the "PreBuild" action list in the project tree
3) Select "File -> Close All"
4) Try to reopen it (via the welcome page) -> the handles are still open
Ok I see it here… had to do it a few times before it happened. I’ll let you know when I have a fix.
