Feedback to "Banner"

Hi,

the Banner feature introduced with v1.9.2.634 is quite nice. I wish i had not to manually copy your nice formatted HTML message, though :wink:

What about displaying the Banner, when the server is actually down and Banner.Enabled=True?

This is by no means mandatory! It’s just nice to have.

When the server is down we have no way of knowing whether the banner is enabled, all data is retrieved via the server.
