FBCMD exception: Some or all identity references could not be translated

Hello,

We are currently evaluating FinalBuilder and FinalBuilder server. I have created a project file which runs ok. I’m now trying to run this project from the server and get the error below:

FinalBuilder Server Error

FBCMD exception: Some or all identity references could not be translated.

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I’m guessing that the project doesn’t even start to execute.

Any help highly appreciated,

Hi Boris,

You will receive this error (which has been made more clear for the next offical build) when the user specified to start the project under is not a valid windows user.

Make sure that the user specified for ‘Project Edit -> Run Project As’ is a valid user and that you have correctly specified the domain (either ‘username@domain’ or ‘domain\username’) if necessary.
