FB7 ProjectID GUID updated with every save

Hi,

When saving your FinalBuilder 7 project even when nothing has changed causing the GUID for the property ProjectID to be regenerated. This is very inconveniant when using version control tools like Perforce.

This was not the cas with FinalBuilder 6
