Fb5->FB6 Project Update, no Global Script

Hi,

just a minor issue, but I have upgraded a project from FB5 to FB6 by simply opening the project in FB6 and saved it with the new extension. Everything went fine, but all Project Global Scripts are missing. Did I do something wrong, is this by intention or a bug?
