Hi I’m trying to get FB4 (or even FB3 for that matter) to build an InstallShield project. I am using the InstallShield Windows Installer action. When I run that action, the Build Log window indicates that it is running the compiler, but it never returns. The Setup.exe, and the .msi file are built, but the setup.cab file is never created. when I look at the logfile from the InstallShield compiler, it seems to always cut out half way through the same line every time (when creating the PatchWelcome dialog).Any ideas? I’m going nuts…Thanks Tim

You need to use the InstallShield Developer Action for IS 11.5 (I wish Installshield would quit renaming their product every few years!). We will amend our documentation to make this more clear. The “Installshield Windows Installer Project” action is for older (pre developer) versions of Installshield.
