Export/Import not available for project administrators (1.9.2.435 RC)

Hi,

the added functionality to export and import projects and configurations is available in the server administration only. This is a disadvantage, as only few people have access to this site. I think this functionality should be available in the “Project administration”. Of course, the scope of exporting projects needs to be limited to the active project, in such a case.

We’re only providing this functionally to full administrators at the moment, but will expand this to include project administrators, and possibly further, in later updates.
