Error "must install .NET 3.5" on startup of FinalBuilder

Hello,

when starting FinalBuilder 5, I get the error message

"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v3.5"

But I am sure that I have installed the .NET Runtime 3.5. I even re-installed the .NET runtime 3.5

But still I get this error.

I am working on a .NET 3.5 Application which I want to build with final builder 5.
