Error Getting Latest

Hi, 

I am new to use finalbuilder. Now I want FB to automate my building activities. I am trying to use the latest version of FB. Now when i try to example given in this version I am getting error at the very first place. In PreBuild Actions when I try to get the latest we get this error. Please see attachment.

I am using VSS as source control and .net 2.0 for developing my website.

I've done the required changes at

Tool>Options->Version Control Systems
