Error during CI server upgrade to latest build

Hi,

I am getting this error during upgrading the server to the latest build (1.5.0.289). My previous version was 1.0.0.3205.


I also got this error last time I tried to upgrade. Do you know what might be causing it? I am using the 64 bit installer on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

OK I left the dialog box for 5 minutes then clicked ‘Retry’ and it seems to have worked now. The server appears to be upgraded successfully.

Hi,

The installer attempts to shutdown the PostgreSQL service before copying files. It looks this is not working correctly in your case. We have had similar issues where Windows applications such as the Services control panel and Event Viewer were preventing the service shutdown.

There may be more information what is happening in the installation log (C:\Users<em>yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup Log YYYY-MM-DD #X.txt). Can you send this to support@finalbuilder.com?
